Automazioni will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Analyze the program requirements based on the machine&#8217;s intended function;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Define the technical specifications of the project;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structure the program sequences according to the previously defined specifications;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write the program using specific PLC programming devices;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform I\/O (input\/output) tests to ensure the program works correctly and is free from bugs (in case of errors, debugging will be required to correct the code and resolve the issue);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Establish criteria and procedures for technical verification to ensure quality standards are met;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Install the program on the machine, conduct testing, and start up the automated system;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Configure control interfaces, such as HMI (Human Machine Interface) interfaces;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write technical documents and manuals for the program, technical support, maintenance, and software updates;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Train technicians and operators on the functioning and use of PLCs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required qualifications for the Senior PLC Software Developer \u2013 PLC\/HMI Programmer role:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Qualification, diploma, or degree in a technical field;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least 3 years of experience in PLC\/HMI programming;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of programming languages according to IEC 61131 standards, with particular attention to structured text;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiarity with at least one of the most popular development systems, such as Siemens Tia Portal, Rockwell RSLogix 5000, or Beckhoff Twincat;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the operation of frequency converters (inverters) and servo drives;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in using the Office suite;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of English (ability to communicate using industry-specific terminology);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong problem-solving skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Independence and good interpersonal skills;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
